About the Focal Speaker
Ron Woody is the Manager of Capital Improvements at Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc. (HKP). HKP manages a portfolio of over 13,000 apartment homes and over 6,000 self-storage units in 15 states. In his current role, he is responsible for the coordination of the capital expenditures budgeting process and oversight of large capital projects throughout the portfolio. Preparation of asset-specific capital needs outlooks is his specialty.
Prior to joining HKP, Ron worked as a financial analyst and capital projects director on the market rate side of multi-family. Extensive experience in the project management of total asset rehabs. He brings with him a wealth of applicable knowledge that will be sharing about budgeting and the ROI of preventative maintenance. Ron comes to us with the most modern and relevant practices available to the industry.

- 5:30-6:15: Panel discussions and Q&A for all presenters then drinks and apps
- 6:30 – 8:00: Topgolf fun time!
