This was our first project with Apple Property Management from back in 2014. It was our biggest steep slope commercial job in the Cincinnati area to date then. 180 family units plus garages and other shared/public space building needed a full roof replacement due to storm damage. Gutters and touch-up paint were also needed along with a number of other elements that were rotting or warped. The 4 week project was done on time and without any issues with the hundreds of residents at Pebble Creek.
