About our Standard 17 Point Roof Inspections
A professionally trained and certified Roofing Annex representative can quickly evaluate your property to determine the state of your roofing system. They will document their findings and provide a digital report along with presenting you with photos during a brief consultation. Our certified inspector will satisfy your concerns via education, examples, and possible solutions.
Should your property or roof have recent hail or wind storm damage, be beyond its years, or have faulty products, our job is to make sure you get the fixes needed for the safety of your home. We offer a financing option should you need help. If you need to file an insurance claim, our team will go to work guiding you through the claims process; we’ll meet with the adjuster, and get you an equitable outcome to secure your property! Even if others have failed you, our advocacy, know-how, and relationships with insurers can make all the difference.
What to Expect with the Consultation
A consultation might last a few minutes if your roof exam comes up clean. Our representatives will typically stay until you are satisfied that the consultation met your needs. We encourage you to check-mark the following:
- Did the rep present photos of damaged areas or areas you were concerned with?
- Did the rep outline your options and/or our best solutions for issues?
- Were you educated on topics pertaining to your properties issues/damages?
There are no contracts to sign, no obligation to Roofing Annex, and no fee for this service.
